The
Habitat for Humanity of Alvin-Friendswood-Pearland (HFH AFP) has opened a retail business in Alvin, TX where donated home improvement items are sold at outlet prices to the community for do-it-yourself projects and renovations. The Home Improvement Center (HIC) recycles overstocked, discontinued, new and used building materials, tools, furniture and appliances donated by manufacturers, stores, contractors and individuals. These donations are sold to the public or used in the construction of Habitat homes. The income generated from Home Improvement Center Sales will be directed specifically toward expanding the building program of HFH AFP.
